This is a newly renovated luxury barn conversion situated in a quiet location, just 300m from Samoens centre and 50m from the ski bus stop. Properties as unique as this are truly difficult to find as alpine ski and summer holiday lettings.

The chalet is located next to Chalet Moccand in the centre of Samoens, with onsite assistance offered for all aspects of your stay to include 24/7 support, bread deliveries and catering. This unit can also be occupied for larger groups staying in the Chalet next door.

The Mazot sleeps 4/6 people and consists of 2 ensuite bedrooms, the first bedroom is a twin and ensuite with a large walk in shower, sink and WC. This floor also has a large utility area with washer dryer and is plenty big enough to store skis and bikes securely. Stairs lead from the entrance to the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Chalet Jasmine is located adjacent to the Flegere ski area, literally 50 meters’ away from the cable car station – so no excuses for not getting to the slopes! Guests will enjoy the shops, hotel-restaurants and bars within Les Praz village, whilst the vibrant heart of Chamonix town is just a 5 minute drive or a gentle 20 minute walk along the pedestrian/cycle path alongside the river Arve.

The apartment has recently been converted to a high standard of furnishings with many luxuries such as the under floor heating, fireplace and quality modern alpine furniture. The lounge area has a TV and DVD player, chair, two sofas (which are also sofa beds) and an open fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms - a twin with south easterly views, a double aspect twin with a window looking northwards to the Flegere ski lifts and another to the east, and another twin with views towards the Flegere ski lifts. Traditional Savoyard chalet/farmhouse dating from 1847 which has been restored and modern amenities installed whilst keeping its character intact. It is situated at an altutude of 800 meters in a tranquil and charming Alpine hamlet midway between Morzine and Thonon-les Bains. From its windows there are panoramic views across to Mount Hermone and as far as the Swiss Jura.

The living area is on three floors and represents as much as 100 square meters of space. The most important room is the large kitchen/lounge on the second floor with original beams, pine-parquet floor, wooden ceilings, white walls and a cosy wood-burning stove. A French window opens onto a balcony for meals outside and sunbathing. The five bedrooms consist of three doubles, a twin and a single. The bathroom contains a bath, shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a shower room with washbasin and WC. Cars can be parked in the small square below the house.

Positioned at the junction of the Morzine and Abondance valleys, this chalet makes a good base from which to access the ski slopes of these two valleys. It should appeal to those who want to enjoy good skiing, but also avoid the high costs and often cramped living conditions provided in the centre of ski resorts.

Montchavin is a delightful authentic Savoyarde village and a vibrant ski station, at the heart of the Paradiski area. As night falls the village lights make for a magical setting in this picturesque mountain village. The chalet is just 150m to the piste, with easy access to ski hire, ski school meeting points, bars, restaurants, the crèche and the night-club. Only 20 minutes to the link to Les Arcs. Access by vehicle to the centre of the village is strictly controlled which means there is very little noise to disturb the tranquillity. The village of Montchavin also has a Jacuzzi and sauna suite, coffee bars, shops and a small cinema showing original version films a couple of times a week. Chalet Edelwiess is a beautifully restored chalet sleeping 8-9 people with 5 bedrooms - 1 twin with own bathroom / separate wc, 2 twin attic rooms with ensuite shower room/wc, and 1 twin attic room and 1 single attic room sharing shower room /wc. There is a comfortable cosy lounge/dining room with wood burning stove, and the chalet is well equipped to entertain our guests with plasma TV, DVD and video players, games, books, hifi and wireless broadband. The chalet is off the main Samoens valley road, in the wide Giffre valley, with a fully fitted kitchen, L shaped living/dining area with open fireplace, large south facing balcony, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - comfortably sleeping 8, but can sleep up to 10 plus cot. 80 metres from the Chalet is a Bakery open early for croissants and baguettes. The unspoilt Alpine village of Morillon is a 10 minute walk, with restaurants, ski school office and a choice of ski hire shops. The chalet is 100 metres from the ski bus stop and 1 km from the Morillon télécabine with a large free car park, connecting easily into the vast Grand Massif ski circuit with 265km of pistes. The ski lift is a 15 minute walk in ordinary shoes and 20 minutes in ski boots. There is excellent skiing on the north facing slopes above Morillon. There are a variety of runs through the trees with mountain cafés. Marvel is a long green/blue run sheltered by the trees from the top of the Morillon slopes to Morillon Les Esserts. There is also an excellent run back to the village. There is reliable snowfall in the winter because of the Mont Blanc effect.

About 1 hour from Geneva, Chalet Basile is situated on the mountain side at 1250m, above the beautiful spa town of St. Gervais-les-Bains, with stunning views over the Val Montjoux and of Mont Blanc. It is just a 5 minute drive further up the mountain from the chalet to the ski schools and gondolas at Le Bettex, taking you to the slopes and magnificent scenery above Megeve. The chalet is a comfortable and well-equipped home, and sleeping 10, is ideal in size for two large families or a number of smaller groups. There is a large open-plan living and dining area, with a log fire, and TV/DVD, and an open well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. There are five double bedrooms, three with balconies, and three bathrooms. The surrounding area provides many additional skiing options - such as Les Contamines, Les Houches or Chamonix - all on the Mont Blanc pass. In summer there is some of the loveliest scenery and best walking in the whole of the Alps.

A comfortable and affordable, fully equipped chalet, in the beautiful and peaceful Vallee de la Manche area in Morzine. Self-catered, though we can arrange catered if needed. The chalet is 2km from the centre of Morzine, and is right next to a free ski bus stop. Nearest lift is a three minute ride away. Our local representative is on hand for advice on lessons, equipment hire and any other requirements. There are four bedrooms plus twin beds on the mezzanine and two bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. The combined lounge/dining area has an open log fire, with a HiFi system, and WiFi broadband internet access. There is a separate lounge on the mezzanine equipped with TV, DVD, and Freesat. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, fan assisted oven and gas hob. Chalet Genevieve, our beautiful, stylish chalet is located in the village of Verchaix, a 5 minute drive from the historic village of Samoens in the French Alps. Our free shuttle service to the slopes provides rapid access to the world class ski area of Le Grand Massif. The area's 78 lifts allow extensive skiing for all levels of ability with virtually no lift queues!

Our chalet, sandwiched between Geneva (55 minutes) and Mont Blanc is also situated within easy reach of the beautiful and must see locations of Chamonix and Annecy. Built in 2005, Chalet Papillon is set in a small cluster of properties, in an enviable position above the historic village of Samoens. It offers the ideal location to get away from it all, yet is conveniently located, with Samoens and all it's amenities, a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. The ski lift is 2km away. The chalet is available on a self catered basis, although we are able to offer flexible catering at this property.

The chalet is truly impressive, with high ceilings, exposed beams and quality throughout. The living area is extremely large, with stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows, across much of the living area. The log burning fire, for those cosy nights in, is surrounded by deep and comfy leather sofas. There is a large Plasma Satellite TV with DVD player and stereo. Situated off the living room is the spacious dining area, very comfortable for 10 people around the lovely wooden table with leather chairs. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, full size oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher and ample workspace. A large south facing balcony offers ample space for relaxing and outside dining. There is also a large hot tub for those bubbly nights in!

The 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, 2 of which are double ensuite with large power showers, wc's and sinks, with sunny balconies off each. There is a twin bedroom and the fourth bedroom has a set of full size bunk beds and a pull out bed. A further family bathroom with full size bath and integrated shower, sink and wc is also on this level, as well as another wc. The ground floor of the chalet has a fantastic games room, offering full size pool table, table tennis, darts and air hockey. The chalet benefits from under floor heating, it's own double garage, ski and boot room and ample storage for equipment and bikes.

Following a complete renovation in 2006, the traditional exterior of the chalet has been maintained but hides a contemporary & chic interior. The Chalet sleeps a maximum of 10 people in 5 double or twin bedrooms with either ensuite or private bathroom all with lovely large baths & either integrated shower or shower attachments.

The open plan living/dining area is perfect for relaxing with a lovely wood burning stove and large Sony TV with Sky package including movies. We also have an extensive DVD collection. In the dining area, the specially commissioned oak dining table comfortably seats 10 guests.
All the bedrooms have TV/DVDs & CD players all the mattresses are pocket sprung to help ensure an excellent nights sleep and the handmade beds can be made up as either superking doubles or singles as required prior to your arrival. The impressive Italian kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with 2 Siemens hobs and Ovens, a dishwasher supplied by Siemens and 2 Microwaves. There is also a large American Fridge freezer with ice maker.

There is a wireless broadband network for the Chalet. The Chalet is family friendly with travel cots, high chairs and a baby bath available for guests. There is a large private parking area below the chalet, and a Chamonix Ski Bus pick up point within 200 metres.

Just five miles from the centre of Morzine, Chalet Juniper is ideally situated to ski and explore the entire Portes du Soleil area. During the winter months enjoy skiing on the un-crowded slopes of La Grande Terche, take the Ardent lift direct to Avoriaz with easy access to Chatel and the Swiss resorts, such as Morgins. Or simply drive or take the free bus into Morzine to enjoy the resorts of Morzine and Les Gets.

The chalet has four bedrooms. Two rooms are fitted with double beds; the third has twin single beds. The family room has a double bed with a single bunk above; there is also a set of bunk beds in this room so it can sleep up to five people. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom. The second double bedroom, situated on the ground floor, has a en-suite shower room. There is a shower room and separate toilet upstairs; there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The main living area in the chalet has a large reclaimed pine dining table that can easily accommodate 10, along with comfortable leather sofas, reclaimed pine furniture and the latest entertainment system comprising of plasma TV, Sony Playstation, DVD player and stereo system. The chalet also benefits from Sky TV showing the complete range of UK TV and children’s programmes along with free wireless Internet access.

After a hard days skiing, boarding or even walking in the summer relax in the luxury Swedish sauna.

Chalet Serac is situated very close to the town centre but in a quiet spot close to the River Dranse and the Palais des Sports. The latter has a gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Two minutes' walk from the chalet across the river brings you to the free public elevator to the Super-Morzine telecabine station. From there it is five minutes walk to the Pleney lifts (or a quick ride on the free “petit train”) where most beginners would be having their lessons. Just 2 minutes’ walk in the other direction you have bars, restaurants and the main Carrefour supermarket.

The chalet was completely renovated internally in the summer of 2009 to a very high standard. In addition to a new roof & velux in the triple bedroom, all the doors and windows have been replaced; a new underfloor heating system has been installed, together with a new electric water heating system. The most exciting change though is that the lounge and dining area is now all open-plan, with a much larger, brand new kitchen, with a double oven and 5-ring hob. The chalet has 5 bedrooms in total - one double with ensuite bath & wc, 1 double, 2 twins and 1 triple with single beds; there are two further (shared) bathrooms.

Chalet Serac is available to rent on sole occupancy only, either as a self-catered chalet (in which case bedlinen and 2 towels per person are included in the rate), as a fully catered, or part-catered chalet. Chalet Annabelle is a modern chalet with a traditional local Savoyarde feel and has undergone extensive renovations throughout summer 08. The guest accommodation is over two floors with a spacious communal area, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The large patio windows, balconies and terrace afford spectacular views of the entire Mont Blanc Massif extending from les Houches to le Tour, taking in le Brévent, les Grand Montets and the breathtaking Aiguille du Midi. Chalet Biniou is located by a blue run that goes through Belle Plagne village at 2050m, with piste access from the front door. Part of a terrace of quality chalets, Chalet Biniou is arranged over 3 levels, with 5 bedrooms sleeping 10.

Layout: Entrance Hallway, Bedroom1: Twin, Shower-room. Bedroom2: Double, en-suite bathroom. Stairs to Lounge/ Dining Area / Kitchen. Log Fire. Bedroom 3: Bunk. Access to South-Facing Balcony with views of the pistes. Stairs to Bedrooms 4&5, en-suite showers, shared wc.

Finished using the traditional Savoyard style of construction of stone and timber, the accommodation has character, whilst also providing rooms with excellent facilities. This style continues through the interior - traditional plaster and wood panelling on the walls, tiled floors in the public areas, and bedrooms and bathrooms fitted with pine furniture. There is a spa with a hot-tub and sauna that you may book for your exclusive use on a couple of occasions in the week, no charge. Included is all linen, bath and hand towels (changed mid-week).

Skiing is made easy by a superb position in the ski area. Straight out from the accommodation on to a blue run, and in less than 5 minutes to the next village – Bellecote, with 5 separate lifts taking you to 5 separate ski areas in La Plagne. One more lift and you will be on the Glacier at 3250m or, in another direction to the telecabine which links La Plagne to Les Arcs to make the Paradiski area. At 2050m, skiing in/out is possible throughout the season.

Convenience is continued with a small supermarket only 150m away, restaurant/bar within 100m, ski school 250m. Underground parking can be arranged. We can also organise transfers from the airport, Lift Passes, Equipment Hire(-30%), and Ski School.

The historic village of Samoens is a wonderful ski destination - only 50 minutes by car from Geneva airport (maximising skiing time!), as well as being a traditionally French village, with a beautiful mediaeval church and square. It's not just a holiday resort - it has a life of its own. There is every opportunity to sample the local food and wine in the many restaurants. Or you can buy produce in the local market and try your own hand at serving up Savoyard - fondues and racelettes, for example. The skiing too, is very good. Samoens is part of the large Grand Massif ski area Flaine, Morillon and Les Carroz are the linked resorts. But, as if that were not enough, Les Gets and the Portes de Soleil are only a twenty-five minute drive away.

We liked the skiing in Samoens so much that we bought a piece of ground there and built Chalet Teresa. Opened for ski season 2005-6 this is a luxury chalet, with 5 bedrooms to sleep up to 14. All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and twin beds, with two having additional beds to accommodate up to 14 guests. The bed arrangement is flexible and can be adjusted to suit your party. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwsher, cooker and oven and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats 12 and the large living area, designed round a traditional Savoyard log fire (logs supplied), includes Satellite TV, DVD and Video player and a Hi-Fi system. Linen is provided, and the price includes 'meeting and greeting', a mid-week clean and fresh baguettes delivered daily for breakfast. There is a garage and parking space.

Chalet Chocolat is a beautiful, well equipped alpine chalet, surrounded by the stunning peaks of the Mont Blanc massif which boasts some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the world. The charming town of Chamonix is just a 20 minute walk / 5 minute drive away - you will find a fantastic selection of gourmet restaurants, chic cafes, lively apres ski bars, designer shops and a great indoor swimming pool.

During the winter season we rent our Chalet Chocolat on a self catered basis. Prices include all bed linen and towels. There are 7 x bedrooms in total, however for smaller groups the chalet can be split into two self contained chalet apartments. All bedrooms are ensuite with in-room XBOX 360s and LCD screens. There is an outdoor hot tub & sun terrace. The open plan lounge/dining room has comfy sofas, a wide screen satellite TV, media centre, sound system, Garlando 5000 table football, free wi-fi, a log fire and a large dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hobs, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a heated ski boot room and private off road parking for up to 3 x cars.

Chamonix is just 80 minutes from Geneva airport which is serviced by most of the UK's low cost airlines and is only 9 hours drive from Calais making it one of the closest ski resorts to the UK and therefore ideal for self drives

The Rasera is genuinely one of the best places to stay in Morzine. Whether your priority is comfortable accommodation, proximity to the lifts or central location, Chalet Rasera is just perfect. Right in the centre of the town, yet on a quiet side street, set in a large garden with plentiful car parking and garage. The Pleney slopes, the French, International and British ski schools are all just a snowball’s throw away, while the Super-Morzine lift is just 5 minutes' walk from the chalet. In good snow conditions you can ski to within 50m of the chalet's door!

The chalet is spacious and welcoming, with a log fire as the central feature of the living / dining room, with TV / DVD and video, stereo CD player, comfy sofas and large oak dining table. The ground floor has a shower room and separate WC. Up the main staircase are the large bedrooms: 2 triples (double + single) with large balconies, a quad room, large bathroom with bath & WC, and a shower room with WC. The chalet entrance hall opens onto 2 annexes - the lower has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, and single in the hallway), with its own bathroom.
