from the chairlift which gives quick access to the Meribel
& Courchevel pistes and to the whole of Les Trois Vallées
with over 200 lifts and 600 kms of ski runs.

At
the heart of this traditional village you will find a ski shop,
supermarket, boulangerie, restaurants & bar - just a 3-4 minutes
walk from Chalet Diapason.
The
free shuttle bus is 4 mins walk , connecting you to Meribel Town
,2 kms away, with its many shops, bars, restaurants and clubs,
runs from 0800-0030.
The
chalet is just 3 minutes from the chairlift which gives quick
access to the Meribel & Courchevel pistes and to the whole
of Les Trois Vallées with over 200 lifts and 600 kms of
ski runs. The lift pass office is next to the chairlift.
For
non-skiers, there are plenty of activities too, including Snow
shoe walking, Husky sled riding, tobogganing, ice skating, bowling,
swimming, paragliding, sightseeing flights.

The
Trois Vallées area, offering over 220 lifts and over 600kms
of pistes, is the largest ski area in the world.
In
the Meribel valley alone there are 94 miles of groomed pistes,
17 miles of itineraries. Skiing is suitable for all abilities
with 11 green runs, 33 blue , 21 red 9 black and two great snowboard
areas and a fun park.
To
ski home from Meribel, your last run of the day can be from the
top of Saulire ( 2760m.) in a single descent, all the way to the
blue run into the village. The piste has good snow all season
& can be maintained in pristine condition by snow cannons.
