Please make cheque's payable to Mrs. M. Cargill and send your fees together with the booking form to Mrs. Cargill, The Dairy House, Dunwich, Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17 3DN  
 
Conditions of Hire
  1. A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your holiday package at the time of the booking.
  2. The balance is due one month before arrival. If the booking is cancelled we will wherever possible seek to re-let the property and make a refund at our discretion.
  3. The number of people occupying the accommodation is limited to the number of beds provided.
  4. Lodge cottage is available from 3:30pm on the first day of the holiday until 10.00 am on the last day of the holiday.
  5. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms
  6. No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to any damage to any belongings, or for injury sustained by any visitor during their stay at Lodge cottage.
  7. Please note that we do not accept pets or children in Lodge Cottage.
  8. Breakages are expected to be paid for
