Right next door to the world famous Donkey Sanctuary, this privately owned cottage is set within the landscaped grounds of Stoneleigh Holiday Park, with all the facilities you need close at hand - including the superb indoor pool, Mini-Gym, Sauna and Solarium, tennis court and Childrens Play Park. Set within the Jurassic Coast World Heritage coastline, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it has lovely views over Weston Coombe to the sea. The beach, just one mile away, is reached by a steep path. Surrounded by land owned and managed by the National Trust, there is a myriad of walks encompassing heathland, wooded coombes, cliffs and beaches. Sidmouth is just 2 miles and Exeter and M5 only 12 miles.

Starfish Cottage is a very comfortable, well equipped cottage, with modern furnishing and decoration. It has a lounge / diner area with colour TV, DVD player and radio, with patio doors leading to steps onto a private lawn and picnic table. The kitchen has an electric hob oven, fridge with freezer box and a microwave; all cooking equipment is provided. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a bathroom with a bath with electric shower over, a wash basin and WC. Heating is provided by an electric convector heater in each room. Parking is adjacent to the cottage, and there is a laundrette and pay phone on site. One well behaved pet is welcome outside peak season.

Situated in a secluded wooded setting in rural Suffolk just a few miles from the glorious Heritage coastline, these four beautifully-furnished cottages are designed for comfort and relaxation. Inside, each comes with stripped floors, original art and Persian rugs; outdoors, each cottage has a raised decking area for eating, drinking and barbecuing. The cottages are set in the peaceful grounds of the owners' 70 acre farm and are reached down a private tree-lined drive. Guests can enjoy a 36-foot indoor swimming pool which is heated all year round and open from 9am to 8pm; private swimming sessions are available by request.

The cottages sleep up to 4 adults (plus baby). Each features a spacious living room, country-style kitchen, and two bedrooms with either single or en suite bathrooms, with both baths and showers. Modern facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, DVD colour TV, stereo, cot and high chair. Pets are welcome by arrangement, but please note, there is no smoking in the cottages.

The grounds of the farm are fully accessible for rambling and nature watching, with wide wild natural field margins. In addition, the traditional market towns of Halesworth and Bungay are 5 miles away whilst Beccles, gateway to the southern Norfolk Broads and offering boat hire, lies 7 miles away. The holiday homes have been converted from an old barn and the piggery. Here you will find peace and tranquillity second to none, passing traffic is a rarity, with only the sounds of nature to break the silence. The grounds at Halwyn extend to some 2 acres and include a stream, a small lake and beautiful lawned areas as well as many unusual and beautiful sub-tropical plants which grow well here with the benefit of the Gulf Stream.

Our holiday homes are all personally supervised and extremely well equipped, providing everything you need for a self catering holiday - if you should need anything else please ask. They are well decorated, clean and comfortable and are heated with electric fires and night storage heaters. Each has a colour television and video, cooker, microwave, fridge, heated towel rail and shaver sockets. The beds will be made up when you arrive and all bed linen, towels and electricity are included, as is use of our indoor heated swimming pool.

The largest cottage Courtyard Cottage has three bedrooms (2 double, 1 with bunks), while The Granary and The Hayloft each have two bedrooms - 1 double and 1 room with a double bed and set of bunks.

Hacheston is a pretty rural village between Woodbridge and Framlingham, well located for exploring Suffolk’s beautiful countryside and coastline. It has a village store, garden nursery with a very good farm shop and an eleventh century village church. Wickham Market, with its more extensive shops, restaurants and pubs is only two minutes drive away. On the coast, Orford, Snape, with the famous Snape Maltings concert hall, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Dunwich are within easy reach. Minsmere’s nature reserve, Walberswick and Southwold are also readily accessible.

Lodge Cottage is a charming, thatched, weatherboarded colonial style building, situated in the grounds of Hacheston Lodge. It offers comfortable accommodation for 5/6 people, with bedrooms at ground and basement level, with the living space above. It has a very large living area with its sofas, TV, video and DVD, portable hi-fi and good sized dining table and chairs, with glazed doors leading to the galley kitchen with fridge, separate freezer, electric double oven and halogen ring, dishwasher and microwave. South-west facing glazed double doors lead to the sunny balcony with wrought iron table and chairs, overlooking the private patio, also with wrought iron furniture. There are three bedrooms; a double with wall mounted TV, a twin and a single bedroom with another full sized single bed that can be pulled out and used for a 6th person.

Visitors have exclusive use of a huge grassed garden beyond their private parking area, where cricket, rounders etc can be played as well as access to the acres of paddocks within Hacheston Lodge grounds. The heated pool is open from May to September inclusive.

Maddox Down Farm is situated in a quiet hamlet with stunning views over the Countryside - quiet and completely rural. It has been in the Lerwill Family since the 1500's, and is a working farm, only 2 miles from the edge of Exmoor National Park, and 3 miles from the sea. From the top of the farm, on a clear day, you can also see Wales, 25 miles away. The farm lane is a cycleway, route no 56, and there is also a Public footpath running through the farm, which takes you to Combe Martin, passing a standing stone of local interest. Going the other way you pass the ancient Church at East Down before reaching our local hostelry "The Pyne Arms" which is open all day for food and liquid refreshment.

The traditional stone barns have been converted to five comfortable cottages in keeping with the area, with one to three bedrooms. Each cottage is well equipped, with TV, video and DVD, and kitchens with cooker, washing machine, microwave and fridge, as well as dishwashers in the larger cottages. The Dairy has one double bedroom to sleep 2, while The Granary, The Roundhouse and The Stable have two bedrooms; the second bedroom in The Stable has twin beds plus a full size bunk bed, so can accommodate up to 6. The largest cottage, The Barn, has three bedrooms, also to sleep 6.

On site there is a games room, a converted cart linhay, with pool table, table tennis, table football, darts, play area for smaller children and an area with books, board games, videos and DVD, together with an area outside with swing, ride on toys and swing ball. In the meadow below the cottages there is a catch and release fishing lake, stocked with Trout and Carp which can be used by our guests free of charge. Dogs are welcome in some cottages. Short Breaks welcome subject to availability.

Donkeys and sheep mingle with wild birds around the pond and river whilst buzzards soar above. Knowle Farm in the heart of South Devon is a paradise for little children - open your cottage door and the chickens and ducks will be waiting. Don’t forget the pigs and rabbits!

Set in 44 acres of wonderful countryside we have six beautifully converted barns overlooking lovely farmland views sleeping from two to eight persons. All share superb facilities including an indoor heated pool, a superb purpose built indoor soft play area for toddlers (including ball pool, slide, tunnels, lofthouse and other toys), tennis, table tennis, pool table and outdoor play areas. The area is awash with local attractions and there is an excellent 11th century local village pub that is child friendly. Wonderful sandy beaches are within 30 minutes.

Moncks Green is an 'upside down' cottage which will sleep up to six plus a cot. Downstairs are three bedrooms - one double with a Four-poster bed, one twin and one bunk bedded room. There is a separate bathroom/WC with shower attachment. On the first floor is a comfortable and bright living room with lovely views over the pond, river and surrounding countryside. This has a high ceiling with exposed trusses, wood burning stove and a well equipped kitchen area with dishwasher. Off this is a dining room and also a separate shower room/WC.

Donkeys and sheep mingle with wild birds around the pond and river whilst buzzards soar above. Knowle Farm in the heart of South Devon is a paradise for little children - open your cottage door and the chickens and ducks will be waiting. Don’t forget the pigs and rabbits!

Set in 44 acres of wonderful countryside we have six beautifully converted barns overlooking lovely farmland views sleeping from two to eight persons. All share superb facilities including an indoor heated pool, a superb purpose built indoor soft play area for toddlers (including ball pool, slide, tunnels, lofthouse and other toys), tennis, table tennis, pool table and outdoor play areas. The area is awash with local attractions and there is an excellent 11th century local village pub that is child friendly. Wonderful sandy beaches are within 30 minutes.

Woodbine is our largest cottage, and will sleep up to eight plus two or three cots (if available) and is ideal for two families. Downstairs is a galleried living/dining area with a high ceiling, exposed beams and trusses, large French windows, a wood burning stove and a well equipped kitchen area including a dishwasher. On this floor are two bedrooms - one double with a four-poster bed and en-suite shower room/WC and one twin bedded room. On the first floor is a large gallery sitting area with pleasant views over fields and hillside. Here are two further bedrooms, one double and one bunk bedded. There is a separate bathroom/WC with shower attachment.

Berry Park is a splendid Victorian Country House, full of character and set in six acres of attractive gardens and fields in the beautiful Devon countryside right next to the Cornish Border. It is close to the sea, in the unspoiled hamlet of Welcombe. The house has been skillfully converted into apartments of various sizes. All have been carefully modernised to provide every comfort, whilst retaining the original Victorian features giving them style and character. There are also two cottages adjoining the main house, these date back to the 16th century.

All our accommodation is fully equipped for easy self-catering but we also have a small restaurant serving evening meals to our residents should they wish. We have a games room, heated outdoor swimming pool and a variety of friendly farm animals and pets.

Froyz Hall Barn is set on a beautiful country estate approximately 1 mile outside the attractive market town of Halstead, with excellent facilities for shopping and eating out. This peaceful rural location includes woodland walks, cycling, a private lake for course fishing and picnics, a 40' heated swimming pool and a tennis court.

Formerly a 200 year old granary barn, the property has been recently converted to provide spacious, luxurious accommodation for up to 10 people. It has a very large 40’ sitting room with wooden floor, large new comfy sofas, wood-burning stove, dining table, TV, video, CD player and French doors opening onto the pool. Also on the ground floor there is large shower room with WC. Brand new well-equipped Christians kitchen has all modern facilities including a Range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a double bedroom with antique brass bed and en-suite bathroom with under floor heating and Lefroy Brooks suite. On the first floor there is a double / triple bedroom with single and double bed and two large sofas and TV / video - this leads into a further double bedroom with a Queen size bed. There is another shower room with WC on this floor.

Outside, there is a fully enclosed patio with barbecue, and guests have shared use of the swimming pool (heated between May and September) and tennis court. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement, but sorry, no smokers. Babysitting can also be arranged if required.

Hilton Farmhouse and holiday cottages are set in 25 rural acres with panoramic views of unspoilt countryside and the sea, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Superbly positioned on the Devon and Cornwall borders, they are just 2 miles from sandy, surfing beaches and quiet coastal hamlets. The cottages and farmhouse share use of the superb outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, together with the kids activity area, BBQ / picnic area and, from June 2003, an all-weather tennis court.
