This is a pretty farm in a quiet and beautiful area of the New Forest, with direct access to the Forest's lovely walks. There are many opportunities to see the deer and other wildlife at close quarters in their natural environment. Situated on the west side of the New Forest, the farm is about 4 miles from Fordingbridge, 5 miles from Ringwood, 11 miles from Salisbury and 15 miles from Bournemouth and the coast. The local village shop is about half a mile walk or one mile by car. There is a good riding school a short distance away, and plenty of good pubs, restaurants and interesting places to visit close by.

The apartment has a small sitting room with a well-equipped kitchen area with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, TV and DVD. The bedroom has one double bed with en-suite shower, WC and basin. Outside there is a large garden with hard tennis court and off road parking area. Please note, we're sorry, but we do not accept smokers or pets. Right next door to the world famous Donkey Sanctuary, this privately owned cottage is set within the landscaped grounds of Stoneleigh Holiday Park, with all the facilities you need close at hand - including the superb indoor pool, Mini-Gym, Sauna and Solarium, tennis court and Childrens Play Park. Set within the Jurassic Coast World Heritage coastline, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it has lovely views over Weston Coombe to the sea. The beach, just one mile away, is reached by a steep path. Surrounded by land owned and managed by the National Trust, there is a myriad of walks encompassing heathland, wooded coombes, cliffs and beaches. Sidmouth is just 2 miles and Exeter and M5 only 12 miles.

Starfish Cottage is a very comfortable, well equipped cottage, with modern furnishing and decoration. It has a lounge / diner area with colour TV, DVD player and radio, with patio doors leading to steps onto a private lawn and picnic table. The kitchen has an electric hob oven, fridge with freezer box and a microwave; all cooking equipment is provided. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a bathroom with a bath with electric shower over, a wash basin and WC. Heating is provided by an electric convector heater in each room. Parking is adjacent to the cottage, and there is a laundrette and pay phone on site. One well behaved pet is welcome outside peak season.

The cottages sit side by side (for larger groups/families) within the private 450 acre Lower Mill Estate, which attracts an abundance of birds and wildlife on and around its own selection of nationally important lakes and triple SSI nature reserve. The Dairy and The Granary are situated in the stunning surroundings of the Coly Valley and only 4 miles from the world renowned Jurassic Coastline of East Devon. Set in 8 acres, the cottages are equipped to a high standard with their own gardens and superb views over the surrounding hills. Our Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool is open from May to October and other facilities include Tennis Court and Games Room. Situated in the grounds of our 500 year old farmhouse, East Green Farm Cottages have been sympathetically converted to provide spacious, south facing, four-star holiday cottages, set in 13 acres of paddocks, ponds, a tennis court and a heated outdoor swimming pool. A couple of miles from the beautiful Heritage Coast, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there is a feeling of peace and tranquillity even in the height of summer, and it is an ideal place to unwind and explore the many attractive towns, villages, rivers and seaside resorts on our doorstep. Gardeners Cottage is our smallest property sleeping 4 - a south facing single storey converted barn with views over meadow and horse paddocks. The Dairy is a light, two storey converted barn with open plan kitchen and sitting room, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room downstairs, and 2 twin rooms with shared bathroom upstairs, reached from a galleried landing. Yetland Farm Cottages in North Devon are situated down a quiet country lane, just outside Combe Martin and in the parish of Berrynarbor. Our fields give great views of Exmoor and across the sea to South Wales, and also provide good dog walking. The village of Combe Martin has the longest village high street in the country, stretching from the small sandy beach with its rock pools, to a full two miles inland. The village was famous for its lead and silver mines as well as for strawberry growing. The village of Berrynarbor is two miles away, and can only be described as a traditional North Devon village, with its narrow streets and white washed walls, large church and traditional pub.

The cottages are all converted from 18th Century farm barns, and are situated around the old farm courtyard. All of our self catering cottages have been given a Four Star rating by the English Tourism Council, and come with free linen, towels and electricity. They range in size from one to three bedrooms, sleeping 3, 4 or 6 people plus cot. All have colour teletext TV and DVD player, cooker, fridge / freezer, washing machine, (tumble drier in games room) microwave, kettle & toaster, and have convector heaters and are fully double glazed. Blair Castle, home of the Dukes of Atholl, is nearby and Pitlochry and House of Bruar are famous for woollens and gifts. Plenty of good walking and wildlife-watching in Rannoch.

The cottages, sleeping from 2 to 8 people, lie on our family-run highland estate and are attractively furnished, well equipped and have cosy log fires. Pets are welcome. Froyz Hall Barn is set on a beautiful country estate approximately 1 mile outside the attractive market town of Halstead, with excellent facilities for shopping and eating out. This peaceful rural location includes woodland walks, cycling, a private lake for course fishing and picnics, a 40' heated swimming pool and a tennis court.

Formerly a 200 year old granary barn, the property has been recently converted to provide spacious, luxurious accommodation for up to 10 people. It has a very large 40’ sitting room with wooden floor, large new comfy sofas, wood-burning stove, dining table, TV, video, CD player and French doors opening onto the pool. Also on the ground floor there is large shower room with WC. Brand new well-equipped Christians kitchen has all modern facilities including a Range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a double bedroom with antique brass bed and en-suite bathroom with under floor heating and Lefroy Brooks suite. On the first floor there is a double / triple bedroom with single and double bed and two large sofas and TV / video - this leads into a further double bedroom with a Queen size bed. Outside, there is a fully enclosed patio with barbecue, and guests have shared use of the swimming pool (heated between May and September) and tennis court. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement, but sorry, no smokers. Babysitting can also be arranged if required.

Hilton Farmhouse and holiday cottages are set in 25 rural acres with panoramic views of unspoilt countryside and the sea, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Superbly positioned on the Devon and Cornwall borders, they are just 2 miles from sandy, surfing beaches and quiet coastal hamlets. The cottages and farmhouse share use of the superb outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, together with the kids activity area, BBQ / picnic area and, from June 2003, an all-weather tennis court.

The Farmhouse has five bedrooms (2 dbl ensuite, 1 dbl, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedded) plus a family bathroom to sleep up to 10 people. It has a large character lounge with slate floors and woodburner, dining room with farmhouse table to seat 12, and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher.

Six of the cottages are tastefully restored and fully equipped barn conversions, sleeping between 2 to 6 people. The remaining three cottages have been newly built to a luxury specification, and are sympathetically constructed to blend with the existing 16th and 18th century cottages. Set in a stunning unspoiled location, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, Duddings offers all the ingredients for a memorable holiday in the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Duddings is an ideal base from which to explore the 600 miles of local public footpaths and bridleways, or the many picturesque villages and harbours within easy reach. Facilities at Duddings include a Gatelodge Playcentre (2-story playhouse with swings, slide, fireman’s pole & assault course), football net, trampoline, hard tennis court, warm indoor heated pool, putting green, pool table, and a table tennis table. The West Wing (sleeps 12) forms the greater part of a traditionally built thatched Devon longhouse. Dating back to the 16th century and Grade II listed, the interior has been tastefully restored and offers a wealth of period features, including exposed beams and inglenook fireplaces.
