Access to the cottage is via a 200 metre, all-weather farm track, with off-road parking.

There are numerous high quality restaurants on your doorstep. There is a sailing school at Brancaster Staithe and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Course is at Brancaster. Burnham Market is about 3 miles away and has around 40 attractive shops.
