Peacefully positioned on a family farm in north Norfolk, Harrow Barn is approximately 10 miles drive from the coast. The accommodation is custom-built for two. The conversion, which is four-star rated, aims to encompass the stunning views and maximise the elements of space, light and comfort.

The barn has oil-fired central heating, as well as a wood burning stove to welcome you after that bracing walk on Holkham beach! The vaulted living room has a leather 2-seater sofa and two fireside chairs. There is a 23" Flat-screen TV with Freeview, DVD and CD player. The separate dining area has a pine table and leather chairs. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped with full sized electric oven and hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/drier. The generous bathroom is designed as a wet-room with bath and an open shower area. The spacious bedroom, which is also vaulted, has a King-sized bed. This can be made up as two 3ft if required.

Outside, the barn has open meadow frontage with unspoilt panoramic views and a wealth of local walks. Watch for gambolling hares or relax on the private patio and listen for the skylarks. The property is all on one level, making it wheelchair friendly (details on application). You can bring one well behaved dog by prior arrangement. Prices include quality bed linen and towels.

This former barn has recently been converted to provide cosy accommodation split across two properties, situated on a working arable farm in the rural village of Harpley, some twenty minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. The properties are located close to the popular Lower Farm Bed and Breakfast, and the farm also offers stabling for horse riding holidays, with excellent rural rides along Peddars way and the coast. The village is next door to Houghton Hall and the Sandringham Estate, with the Peddars Way running close to the farm. Brancaster, Burnham Market, Hunstanton and Holkham are all within close reach. The little market towns of Fakenham, Swaffham and Kings Lynn are also nearby.

The two cottages have an identical layout, with an open plan kitchen / living room with sofa bed, TV, DVD player, dining table and chairs, and well equipped kitchen area with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and fridge. Each has two cosy double bedrooms and bathroom with basin, loo and shower (with disabled facilities). Both have oil fired central heating, and all fuel, bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Outside, there is a garden and patio area, as well as off road parking.

The Gatehouse is a single-storey, converted barn. It is private and secluded, while being close to the village. At Charmouth, the beach amenities include a café, a fossil shop, and the Heritage Centre where the geology of this famous Jurassic coast is illustrated and explained. Even without leaving the Gatehouse, gorgeous views of the West Dorset countryside or a glimpse of the World Heritage Coast can be enjoyed. Access to the cottage is via a 200 metre, all-weather farm track, with off-road parking.

The cottage has a spacious open-plan living room comprising a kitchen / dining area and lounge with double doors opening onto a private patio and garden. The lounge has a TV equipped with a Freeview Digibox, a video player and a CD player, while the kitchen units include electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. The entrance hall has a washer/dryer, an electric immersion water heater, and the coin-operated electricity meter. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds, and a double with ensuite shower room with heated towel rail, shaving point, sink, shower and WC. The main bathroom has a heated towel rail, a shaving point, a bath with shower over it, a sink and a WC. Bed linen, and towels are provided. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the property.

Close to Somerset's coast, in a beautiful part of Englands West Country, Hope Farm has four non-smoking, self-catering holiday cottages, particularly ideal for families, dog lovers and the disabled, being all ground floor accommodation and having outdoor play area and games room, with nearby walks. The cottages are set in peaceful countryside, on the edge of picturesque Lympsham village.

The four holiday cottages have been sympathetically converted from the old farmyard outbuildings and have views across the pretty lawned courtyard and open fields behind. Each cottage has tasteful and relaxing accommodation for four people and a baby, with an open plan living room/kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) and two bathrooms; a Z bed is available for a fifth person. All the cottages are on the ground floor and have easy wheelchair access throughout. Front door ramps and other aids for the elderly or disabled are available and a wheelchair can be hired and delivered. We welcome a well-behaved dog into each cottage, by prior arrangement. Broadband access is available.

The Roundhouse (ETC 4 Stars), Beech, Ash, Pond Meadow and Little Leighs (all ETC 3 Stars) are cottages converted from 18th Century farm buildings, standing at the end of a private tree lined drive, in a quiet rural setting. All cottages have small private gardens, and access to grounds of three acres with barbeque areas, children’s playing field and a small copse. Relax and unwind in an olde worlde atmosphere, with beamed ceilings, open log fires for those colder evenings, and an abundance of slate and open stonework, whilst still benefiting from modern facilities, such as colour television, microwave, washing machine etc.

The cottages are an ideal touring base for the north Cornish and Devon coast, famous for its sandy beaches, rock pools, surfing and coastal walks. We are 2 miles from the A39, with Crackington Haven, Bude and Boscastle all nearby. A shop, garage and public house are three miles away, at Wainhouse Corner. Clovelly, the Eden Project, and Padstow are all within a 45-minute drive. Accommodation varies from two to six persons per cottage, with wheelchair access in the Roundhouse. We are open throughout the year. Short breaks available in the low season and at short notice subject to availability. Pets welcome in certain cottages.

Old Kilns is situated on our working farm in the peaceful rural hamlet of East Bloxworth, just 6 miles north of Wareham. The cottage was sympathetically converted to a high standard in 2003, and combines character and charm with spacious and comfortable accommodation. The beamed rooms are attractively furnished and the facilities are excellent.

Downstairs there is a sitting room with 'living flame' stove, TV etc, dining room with CD music system, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, freezer etc., a twin bedded room with adjacent bathroom, and utility area (cupboard!) with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are two double rooms, one with ensuite shower room and one with ensuite WC. Outside there is a private garden with secluded patio area and lovely views over the surrounding fields. Bed linen, electricity and central heating are included in tariff, changeover day is Friday. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement, not suitable for children under 10.

Ladyhole House is an Edwardian country house, set at the top of a sweeping drive lined with Chestnut trees, and in the spring covered in a carpet of daffodils. It is set in mature gardens and grounds, with many beautiful trees and a walled garden. Guests of The Old Stables are welcome to enjoy all that the gardens offer, outdoor barbecues in the summer, an 'en tout cas' tennis court and croquet. For horse owners, there are stables and grazing near the house. Quiet countryside surrounds the house where it is possible to walk and cycle, and yet Ashbourne, the local market town, is only two miles away.

The Old Stables is situated to the rear of the main house in its own gardens. Beautifully furnished, it can sleep 6 or 7 people very comfortably. A hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen with Rayburn stove, dishwasher, microwave etc, and a utility room with washing machine and drier. The sitting room has an open fire, TV, DVD and CD player, and French windows opening out into a large conservatory, furnished with dining table and chairs, together with comfortable chairs for relaxing in. The conservatory opens into a patio area, with barbecue and garden chairs. There is also a twin-bedded bedroom downstairs, with basin and lavatory opposite. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - 1 double or twin-bedded room (plus Z bed) with adjacent bathroom, and one further twin-bedded room with shower. There is a Stannah stairlift to assist those with impaired mobility to get upstairs, and there are also ramps for wheelchairs.
