The Gatehouse is a single-storey, converted barn. It is private and secluded, while being close to the village. At Charmouth, the beach amenities include a café, a fossil shop, and the Heritage Centre where the geology of this famous Jurassic coast is illustrated and explained. Even without leaving the Gatehouse, gorgeous views of the West Dorset countryside or a glimpse of the World Heritage Coast can be enjoyed. Access to the cottage is via a 200 metre, all-weather farm track, with off-road parking.

The cottage has a spacious open-plan living room comprising a kitchen / dining area and lounge with double doors opening onto a private patio and garden. The lounge has a TV equipped with a Freeview Digibox, a video player and a CD player, while the kitchen units include electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. Set amidst stunning scenery, our three pine lodges and Beckfoot Cottage share the acre of orchard with the ancient apple trees and the stream that opens out to the raft pool. Beckfoot Cottage faces south and has a lovely area to sit out and enjoy the sun, and with an open fire and electric panel heaters throughout it is warm and snug even in the depths of winter. Yetland Farm Cottages in North Devon are situated down a quiet country lane, just outside Combe Martin and in the parish of Berrynarbor. Our fields give great views of Exmoor and across the sea to South Wales, and also provide good dog walking. The village of Combe Martin has the longest village high street in the country, stretching from the small sandy beach with its rock pools, to a full two miles inland. The village was famous for its lead and silver mines as well as for strawberry growing. The village of Berrynarbor is two miles away, and can only be described as a traditional North Devon village, with its narrow streets and white washed walls, large church and traditional pub.

The cottages are all converted from 18th Century farm barns, and are situated around the old farm courtyard. All of our self catering cottages have been given a Four Star rating by the English Tourism Council, and come with free linen, towels and electricity. They range in size from one to three bedrooms, sleeping 2-6 people plus cot. Nestling at the foot of the Pennines and enjoying uninterrupted views of the Lakeland Fells, Milburn Grange is an excellent base for walking, cycling, touring, or relaxing. In addition, within easy access there are coarse fishing lakes, 2 golf courses, and riding stables. Nearby, there are two pubs, both of which serve good food and welcome children and, within walking distance there is a village store/Post Office/garage.

Our seven self-contained cottages (some beamed) have been converted from redundant barns and are ideal for a break at any time of the year. They are centrally heated, comfortably furnished and each has a fitted, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, full-size cooker; fridge) and colour TV, two cottages have 4-poster beds and 2 have open fires. The three-bedroom cottages have a dishwasher and washing machine. Stable Cottage (2 bedrooms) also has a washing machine. In addition, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and irons in the communal laundry room.

Abbotsway Cottage is at the top of the farm, and especially private, set in its own grounds at the head of an unspoiled wooded valley. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 people, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, large sitting room with open fire, large kitchen with dishwasher, games room, TV, video & HiFi / CD player, fully enclosed courtyard for dogs and children. The cottage has oil-fired central heating throughout, and a log fire in the sitting room. Logs are supplied.

The cottage is a short walk (or drive) away from the private loch and pavilion. Fly fishing for stocked Rainbow trout is available in the loch (£20.00 per rod per week) with use of the rowing boat. The mown grounds around the loch and Pavilion are available for all our guests. There is a large gas Barbecue in the Pavilion.

On this floor are two bedrooms - one double with a four-poster bed and en-suite shower room/WC and one twin bedded room. Set in a 100 acre estate overlooking Sandymouth Bay, offering quality accommodation at very competitive prices. This countryside setting has many coastal and inland walks, on land owned by the National trust, with spectacular views and only 1 mile from the beach.

Houndapitt Farm Cottages was formerly 19th Century stables and barns, its tasteful conversion has retained much of the old character. Its large paved courtyard is decked out with a blaze of colour in the summer. Each cottage has it's own parking space adjacent to the cottage. We also have a large games room, adventure playgound and a coarse fishing lake which is free to our guests, all this and we are only a 10 minuite drive into the main town of Bude.

Hilton Farmhouse and holiday cottages are set in 25 rural acres with panoramic views of unspoilt countryside and the sea, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bew Cottage (sleeps 6) is a charming converted barn, ideal for that romantic break. It has a heavily beamed lounge with log burner, and rustic-style kitchen / dining-room with terracotta-tiled floor. French doors from both the kitchen and the lounge lead out onto the large patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - a double bedroom with four-poster bed and en-suite shower, a second double and a bunk-bedded room. The family bathroom has bath, wc, basin and shower cubicle.
