The villa can be rented either as a whole, or as three individual apartments.  In total, it has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.  In detail, the accommodation comprises:-
Two fully equipped kitchens, with cookers and hobs, fridges, microwaves, toasters, kettles and pots and pans; One sitting room, separate dining room and further sitting dining/room, with TV, Satellite and Hi-Fi; Two double bedrooms One twin bedded room Studio apartment bedroom Three Bathrooms - one with bath, shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. Two with showers, toilets and washbasins.
The villa is centrally heated and has the benefit of a wood burner for those cooler winter evenings. Electric fans are provided for the summer.
Outside, as well as the 6x5 m swimming pool, there are well established terraced gardens with lemon, orange and palm trees. There is a beautiful poinsietta tree and various other plants. A lovely fountain finish off the feeling of tranquility.  A barbecue is provided, as well as sunloungers and shades, patio furniture and an outdoor shower.

There is plenty of parking and a car port outside the villa.  The villa is about a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and 10 minutes to the beach. Tennis courts and bar just round the corner.

The Area

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. It is set in a valley running down to the sea, and there are no high rise building as the majority or properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches - one is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. In the other direction from the villa is the town of Calpe which has long sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants marina and a thriving night life.  

Alicante airport is approx 1 hour and fifteen minutes away and Valencia one and a half hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as the nearest bus stop is a good distance away. Calpe is 10 minutes and Javea 25 minutes away.  

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, including 8 Michelin guide rated and 3 Michelin starred restaurants. There are also a couple of night clubs. 

The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spainish are very friendly. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Sealife Park. 

The nearest nine hole golf course is approx 7 minutes away, with 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddelos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track suitable for all levels.
