The property is located on a very quiet, small, two-storey complex called Pueblo Cortes del Golf, adjacent to El Paraiso Golf Course, midway between San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona on the Costa del Sol. Malaga and Gibraltar airports are both approximately 50 minutes drive.

| The complex is finished to a high standard and is very well maintained, with beautiful communal gardens and a large swimming pool and paddling pool for children. The apartment is on the first (top) floor with views over the beautiful gardens. |

has two bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite shower room, and 1 twin bedded room and a further shower room. The lounge/dining room has full satellite TV, radio, an open fireplace and patio doors leading onto a balcony which overlooks the beautiful gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes washing machine, microwave, etc.

The Area |
The area is one of contrasts, the hustle and bustle of the coast with its numerous bars, restaurants, shops, marinas and beaches, or a short trip inland will take you to the peace and quiet of the 'white villages' of Andalucia. If you want to explore further, a 50 minute drive through the mountains will take you to the spectacular Tajo Gorge in Ronda or about 2½ hours to the exciting cities of Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada.
The nearest beach is approximately 2 kms as is the local shopping area with banks, supermarkets, etc. There are three good Spanish restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. For sports there are various activities close at hand - water sports, tennis/paddle courts, a bowling green and, of course, golf. |
