Eastside
is a working family sheep farm of 3000 acres, in the heart of the
spectacular scenery of the Pentland Hills Regional Park. The 18th
century farm steading has been imaginatively converted into three
character filled holiday cottages which sit side by side on
the hillside and combine old world charm with all modern conveniences.
Only six miles from the Edinburgh by-pass, it is also ideally located
for visiting the stately homes and castles of the Scottish Borders. |

| The
Cottages |
These
spacious 4 Star Rated holiday cottages have been tastefully
converted to retain the character of the 18th Century building,
yet are well equipped with the comforts of modern day living,
as well as more traditional features such as cosy woodburning
stoves. The smallest cottage, Eastside Stable,
sleeps 2 people, while Eastside Steading sleeps 4 people,
and Eastside Byre sleeps 4/6.

| The
Area |
Situated
only a 10 minute drive from Edinburgh, the holiday cottages are also
perfectly situated if all you want to do is escape the rat race and
enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a hilltop hideaway!!
On your doorstep you can:
- Observe farming life in action!
- Take to the hills on one of the
numerous scenic walks on the farm and beyond.
