Hoxne House is situated off Beach Road in the pretty coastal village of Weybourne, North Norfolk. The village is 3 miles from the Georgian market town of Holt with its excellent shops and restaurants and the seaside town of Sheringham where sandy beaches can be found. It is an ideal base to discover the coast of North Norfolk which is an area of outstanding natural beauty and renowned for its many nature reserves, bird watching and coastal paths. Weybourne has a shop, pub and hotel both with restaurants. The beach is excellent for sea fishing, the North Norfolk Steam Railway joins Wybourne Station with Sheringham and Holt, and there is an excellent coastal bus service which enables you to walk along the coastal path and return via the bus.
The large converted brick and flint barn comprises 1 family bedroom with double and 2 full size bunk beds, 1 twin, 1 bedroom with double and 2 single beds and 1 double; a 5th double bedroom is available at an extra £300, to accommodate up to 14 people. There is 1 bathroom with bath and wash basin, 1 shower room with WC, and a separate WC downstairs. The large hall leads to the large sitting room with large log burner, Sky free-view TV and DVD, with steps up to dining area with large table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, hob and microwave; a Utility room houses the washing machine and fridge.
