Henley House is a traditional, Norfolk flint, fishermans cottage situated in Sheringham, Norfolk, 100 yards from the sea and the west slipway. It was recently renovated for the family, but retains many original and charming features. With three bedrooms to sleep up to six people, Henley House is available to rent throughout the year.

Downstairs consists of an entrance hall, a front sitting room, twin bedroom, bathroom, toilet and basin, a fully fitted modern kitchen leading into a spacious family dining and sitting area incorporating the sun room, which has a door to the garden. Upstairs there are two double bedded bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The lovely garden is enclosed with a lawn, shrubs and flowers with a gate leading into the passageway which leads to nearby Sheringham High Street. To the side of Henley House is a driveway providing parking for two cars.

Sheringham is a town steeped in history, from a small fishing village in Victorian times, it is now a popular residential haven and popular holiday resort as it has some of the best sandy beaches in East Anglia. It is ideal for those seeking a quieter holiday with many forms of sport and leasure persuits, within easy access; a wonderful links golf course, a splash pool, beautiful walks and bird watching near by, to name but a few. Sheringham has a good selection of individual shops providing friendly service, a market on Saturdays and many pubs and restaurants. It also has a thriving 'Little Theatre' with a summer rep. of professional actors and off season amateur plays and films.

Once forming part of the historic Gunton Hall Estate, the grounds of Nursery Farm include eight acres of woodland that visitors are free to explore. Each cottage has its own terraced garden area, perfect for relaxing on a warm summer evening.

This delightful corner of rural Norfolk is only five miles from the traditional seaside town of Cromer, famous for its delicious crabs and the end of the pier shows. Also within easy reach are the Norfolk Broads, the fascinating network of waterways where day boats are available for hire.

The five cottages have been converted from farm buildings standing in the grounds of the owners' Grade II listed farmhouse. All are centrally heated, and have been decorated and equipped to a high standard, including include beamed and vaulted ceilings with wooden floors and rugs in the living areas. The two smaller cottages, Pinewood and Thorpegate, have one bedroom to accommodate two people, while Briarwood, Felgate and Tanglewood cottages have two bedrooms plus sofabed in the lounge to accommodate 4 to 6 people.

Situated in the picturesque village of Blakeney, on the North Norfolk Coast, this charming cottage has been beautifully furnished and well equipped, to provide quite exceptional accommodation for up to six people. There is a wealth of activities close at hand, including Blakeney National Nature Reserve, Sheringham Park, and for children, excursions to see the seals and birds in their natural environment at Blakeney Point, The Muckleburgh Collection, Glandford Shell Museum as well as The Norfolk Shire Horse Centre at West Runton.

Downstairs, the cottage has an open plan living area with stripped pine floor, comprising lounge with comfortable sofas, B&O Hi-Fi system and woodburning stove in Inglenook fireplace, dining area, an excellently equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer. Also a toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (all with original stripped pine floors) and the bathroom; the Master bedroom has wrought-iron double bed, the second and third attic bedroom are twins. The attic room or look out has fabulous views of Blakeney Marsh and Point. White bedlinens and fluffy towels are provided.

Conveniently situated in Docking village there are pubs, a great fish and chip shop and a very good village store. Best of all is the easy access to the beautiful coast five miles away and the attraction of the inland villages. Burnham Market, six miles away, boasts quirky shops, delis, fish mongers and good restaurants. Beyond is the charming old fashioned seaside resort of Hunstanton with fantastic beaches, watersports, fun fair and supermarkets.

Even though there are so many things to do visitors say they find it hard to leave the cottage feeling relaxed with its comfy, individual vibe. There are two large stylish doubles and a single with bunkbeds. A large well equipped kitchen has a huge stove and all 'mod cons'. There’s a bathroom and separate loo. The 32 foot long living and dining area is vast with dining table, a huge sofa, armchairs and a beautiful working fireplace as its centrepiece. There’s TV, DVD, video and CD player and loads of books, games and puzzles. There are three separate outside spaces to enjoy as well.

Brancaster Staithe has an award winning pub, The White Horse, within a few minutes walk, as well as a good family pub, shops and a garage.
The area boosts superb sandy beaches at nearby Brancaster and Holkham.
The popular market town of Burham Market is within a few minutes drive and offers a wealth of speciality shops and fine restaurants. Also nearby are stately homes, gardens and bird reserves.

Lynwood is a detached bungalow in a quiet secluded location, yet centrally positioned within easy walking distance of the harbour, pubs and resturants. The views from the kitchen across to the harbour, allow you to watch the tide ebb and flow and the large, secure south facing garden offers you a chance to relax in tranquility. Lynwood offers you a comfortable, quiet holiday home with sea views.

Arranged over one level, Lynwood is very comfortably furnished. The welcoming lounge with an open fire and Bang & Olufsen television opens onto the beautiful large rear garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, and a tumble dryer is situated in the large double garage. The three bedrooms offer a Superking bed, a double bed and bunkbeds. Outside as well as the double garage there is ample parking for three cars.

Lakeside is situated 12 miles from the historic cathedral city of Norwich and only a 40 minute drive from the North Norfolk coast and is set in 65 acres of Norfolk countryside, including 4 fishing lakes and a mile stretch of the River Wensum. In the village of Lenwade, only a 5 minute drive away, there is plenty for the whole family to do, from going on a Jurassic safari at the dinosaur park to seeing wildcats at the local wildlife centre to playing golf. Further a field, there are Gastro pubs, the Norfolk Broads (25 miles away) and shopping in one of Norwich’s two shopping Malls or indeed exploring medieval Norwich by visiting the 11th Century cathedral or 10th Century castle.

These purpose built holiday homes can accommodate up to 4 or 6 people and are fully furnished with Hot Tubs and Freeview in every apartment. There are a mixture of 2 and 3 bed apartments with first floor and ground floor availability.
On site, there is a restaurant, snooker room, 8 rink indoor bowling green, pool table, bar and other amusements. In the local village of Lyng there is a post office shop and pub. The market town of Dereham is a 15-20 minute drive with supermarkets and a cinema.

Lakeside is well positioned for anything that you need or would want and will be able to give you a relaxed break.

Overlooking Brancaster harbour and Scolts Head Island, this delightfully furnished cottage enjoys one of the most spectacular views along the North Norfolk coast. The area is well renowned for its beautiful beaches, coastline, wildlife and excellent Links golf courses at Brancaster or Hunstanton. The choice of places to wine and dine is plentiful, and within walking distance of the cottage are the Jolly Sailor pub offering excellent pub food, and the White Horse, which enjoys a fantastic reputation for its fabulous cuisine.

The cottage is set in a garden of 1 acre, with direct access to the marsh and plenty of off-road parking as well as room for a boat. With full central heating, the cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is very well-equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, hifi, TV and video. Downstairs there are two spacious sitting rooms, leading from the entrance hall and a large fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (1 dbl, 2 twins) and a large bathroom; there is also a downstairs loo and shower room. All linen and towels are provided. We do allow pets - but would like to know in advance what type and how many!!

Pear Tree Cottage is a wonderful detached coastal cottage overlooking the marshes and sea, it is situated in the delightful village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk Coast, a few minutes drive from the popular village of Burnham Market. The beautiful coastline boasts some lovely sandy beaches, wildlife and walking areas. Sailing and Golf can be enjoyed close by. There are some excellent restaurants, bistros and pubs all with walking distance of the cottage. Ideal for a Romantic Weekend or Family Break.

Pear Tree has been restored and refurbished to a high standard to encompass great comfort in relaxed cosy surroundings. The cottage is very well equipped with all essential mod cons. dishwasher microwave DVD TV washing machine, tumbler dryer, freezer etc. Linen and house towels, high chair, travel cot, incoming landline provided. Broadband Internet access available on request.(supplement charge)

"Rather like Dr Who’s Tardis" guests always say! Larger than it looks from the outside. The cottage covers three floors comprising of an entrance hall / sunroom, utility room, sitting room with log burner, dining room, shaker style galley kitchen, small lobby and large wet room shower with downstairs loo. The second bathroom with roll top bath and loo, a twin and double bedrooms. The third floor has a double bedroom, with king-size bed. Both double rooms have coastal views. There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the cottage and an attractive enclosed courtyard terraced garden at the rear, which has a Webber BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers for alfresco eating! We regret we are unable to accept pets and smoking is not permitted in the house.
