Rose Cottage is a charming thatched property, positioned on the Riverside in the heart of the attractive Broadland village of Reedham, ideally located for discovering Broadland, the North Norfolk and North Suffolk Coastlines and the historic City of Norwich. There is also ample opportunity for walking and bird watching from the countryside and marshes surrounding the village. The Village is well serviced with train and bus links, shops, a post office and pubs – serving good, home cooked meals and casked ales. More extensive facilities are available in the large village of Acle (approx. 5 miles) and in Great Yarmouth and Norwich (both approx. 12 miles).

The 18th Century property boasts a wealth of original features – including beams and Inglenook fireplaces, but has been completely renovated in Spring 2003, with full central heating. It has a beautiful free-standing beech kitchen, with dining table for 6, microwave, fan oven and dishwasher. The characterful living room has extensive beams throughout, and comprises two lounge areas each with Inglenook fireplace, TV, Video, DVD, CD/Stereo and doors leading to the sun lounge with river-views and seating. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with modern suite with electric shower, separate WC, and one twin bedroom. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, both with river views - one with King size bed, one with twin beds. Outside, there is a lovely, private, sheltered cottage garden with furniture and BBQ - a real suntrap! Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Situated in the centre of Brancaster, about 1 mile from the beach, sailing and golf club, this very well equipped and furnished traditional flint cottage has three bedrooms to sleep up to six. Downstairs comprises fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine etc, dining room, separate sitting room and shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms (1 dbl, 2 twins) and the family bathroom. There is a small enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Children welcome, pets by arrangement.

Situated in the picturesque village of Blakeney, on the North Norfolk Coast, this charming cottage has been beautifully furnished and well equipped, to provide quite exceptional accommodation for up to six people. There is a wealth of activities close at hand, including Blakeney National Nature Reserve, which is a long sand and shingle spit, with fine sea views and wide open skies; Sheringham Park is one of the finest examples of Humphry Repton's garden design, mature woodlands with rare trees and shrubs. Children are well catered-for too, with excursions to see the seals and birds in their natural environment at Blakeney Point, The Muckleburgh Collection (the UK's largest privately owned working military museum), Glandford Shell Museum (charming Victorian museum with unique collection of seashells, fossils etc.) as well as The Norfolk Shire Horse Centre at West Runton.

Downstairs, the cottage has an open plan living area with stripped pine floor, which comprises lounge area with comfortable sofas, B&O Hi-Fi system and woodburning stove in Inglenook fireplace, a dining area with table and chairs, an excellently equipped kitchen in sky blue including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer. Also a toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (all with original stripped pine floors) and the bathroom,(beautiful kitted out in contemporary style with roll top bath, Hudson Reed power shower and latest Fired Earth tiles); the Master bedroom has wrought-iron double bed, pine wardrobes and drawers, the second and third attic bedroom are twins, again with pine furniture. The attic room or look out has fabulous views of Blakeny Marsh and Point. Particularly good for any bird watchers. White bedlinens and fluffy towels are provided.

Docking is a traditional North Norfolk village ideally situated to many local attractions. This includes Sandringham Estate and House, Holkham Hall, Norfolk Lavender, the harbour town of Wells-Next-The-Sea and the superb sandy beaches of the North Norfolk coastline. The historical town of Kings Lynn and the classic seaside resort of Hunstanton are close by as is the pretty village of Burnham Market with its village green and quaint shops to explore. Brancaster, Holme and Holkham beaches are just a short drive away.

The cottage has three bedrooms and can accommodate 6 adults/children and an infant in a cot. The property benefits from a welcoming lounge with a gas wood burning stove, TV with Freeview and DVD player. In addition there is also another relaxing sitting room which leads through to the fully equipped kitchen and utility room with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven and microwave. The kitchen has large patio doors leading to a fully enclosed garden with lawn and barbecue area with garden furniture. Upstairs the accommodation comprises of master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. This room boasts fantastic views of rural Norfolk looking north towards the sea. There is also a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. A travel cot is provided for an infant.

This charming single storey three bedroom period flint and brick cottage is set in a secluded position, in the centre of the Norfolk coastal village of Brancaster, within walking distance of the beach and golf course. The area is very popular for birdwatching, walking, sailing and other watersports.

The cottage is over 150 years old, but has recently been refurbished throughout to a high standard by its interior designer owner. The accommodation comprises dining area with stone floor, leading through to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The comfortable and stylish living room has a gas-fired burner / stove, sofa and armchairs, tv and video. There are three bedrooms (one double, one twin, one with twin bunks), a family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wc and marble-topped basin and a separate wc. Outside, there is a south-facing garden and patio area enclosed by a high wall and thus very safe for children - as well as being ideal for sitting out and barbecuing!!

Whether you looking for a romantic hideaway, a bolthole from the city, if you’re a fanatical foodies, a wildlife enthusiast or a family looking for activities and fun this is the place for you.

Conveniently situated in Docking village there are pubs, a great fish and chip shop and a very good village store. Best of all is the easy access to the beautiful coast five miles away and the attraction of the inland villages. Burnham Market, six miles away, boasts quirky shops, delis, fish mongers and good restaurants. Beyond is the charming old fashioned seaside resort of Hunstanton with fantastic beaches, watersports, fun fair and supermarkets.

Even though there are so many things to do visitors say they find it hard to leave the cottage feeling relaxed with its comfy, individual vibe. There are two large stylish doubles and a single with bunkbeds. A large well equipped kitchen has a huge stove and all ‘mod cons’. There’s a bathroom and separate loo. The 32 foot long living and dining area is vast with dining table, a huge sofa, armchairs and a beautiful working fireplace as its centrepiece. There’s TV, DVD, video and CD player and loads of books, games and puzzles. There are three separate outside spaces to enjoy as well.

Heron and Kingfisher cottages are in a pleasant position close to the River Ant on The Norfolk Broads. The village Staithe is nearby and is the perfect place to stroll and watch the boats and wildlife.

Both cottages were newly built in 2003 and are redecorated and fitted to a good standard. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with French doors off the main bedroom to a private south facing patio. The comfortable living area on the first floor has a balcony with patio furniture and views over the countryside.

Sutton is well placed for visiting and touring the area. The coast is only 5 miles away and picturesque villages and historic market towns are all within easy distance. There is a quaint country pub near to the river which serves the best and most reasonably priced meals in the area. They have regular weekly specials nights when steaks, roasts and curries are only £4.50. We have eaten there many times and can recommend it. One small/medium well behaved dog is welcome at Heron at a modest charge.

Brancaster Staithe has an award winning pub, The White Horse, within a few minutes walk, as well as a good family pub, shops and a garage. The area boosts superb sandy beaches at nearby Brancaster and Holkham. The popular market town of Burham Market is within a few minutes drive and offers a wealth of speciality shops and fine restaurants. Also nearby are stately homes, gardens and bird reserves.

Lynwood is a detached bungalow in a quiet secluded location, yet centrally positioned within easy walking distance of the harbour, pubs and resturants. The views from the kitchen across to the harbour, allow you to watch the tide ebb and flow and the large, secure south facing garden offers you a chance to relax in tranquility. Lynwood offers you a comfortable, quiet holiday home with sea views.

Arranged over one level, Lynwood is very comfortably furnished. The welcoming lounge with an open fire and Bang & Olufsen television opens onto the beautiful large rear garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, and a tumble dryer is situated in the large double garage. The three bedrooms offer a Superking bed, a double bed and bunkbeds. Outside as well as the double garage there is ample parking for three cars.
