Henley House is a traditional, Norfolk flint, fishermans cottage situated in Sheringham, Norfolk, 100 yards from the sea and the west slipway. It was recently renovated for the family, but retains many original and charming features. With three bedrooms to sleep up to six people, Henley House is available to rent throughout the year.

Downstairs consists of an entrance hall, a front sitting room, twin bedroom, bathroom, toilet and basin, a fully fitted modern kitchen leading into a spacious family dining and sitting area incorporating the sun room, which has a door to the garden. Upstairs there are two double bedded bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The lovely garden is enclosed with a lawn, shrubs and flowers with a gate leading into the passageway which leads to nearby Sheringham High Street. To the side of Henley House is a driveway providing parking for two cars.

Sheringham is a town steeped in history, from a small fishing village in Victorian times, it is now a popular residential haven and popular holiday resort as it has some of the best sandy beaches in East Anglia. It is ideal for those seeking a quieter holiday with many forms of sport and leasure persuits, within easy access; a wonderful links golf course, a splash pool, beautiful walks and bird watching near by, to name but a few. Sheringham has a good selection of individual shops providing friendly service, a market on Saturdays and many pubs and restaurants. It also has a thriving 'Little Theatre' with a summer rep. of proffessional actors and off season amateur plays and films.

Coniac Cottage is in the charming and tiny Norfolk village of North Creake and is approximately 5/6 miles from the wonderful North Norfolk coastline. North Creake has a great pub, The Jolly Farmers, a post office, a 13th century church, the ruins of an Augustinian abbey and a small collection of galleries and shops/cafe at Creake Abbey galleries on the very edge of the village. Perfect for a holiday!

North Creake is close to Burnham Market, one of the prettiest villages in Norfolk which has pubs/restaurants, butchers, delicatessen and all manner of small retailers. For a larger selection of shops and a weekly (Thursday) market Fakenham is only 7 miles to the south.

The cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps 6 in a double, a twin and a twin/double which can be made up either way. There is a bathroom/WC on the first floor and an additional WC on the ground floor. It is furnished to a high standard and has a fully fitted kitchen and living/dining area with a small backgarden. There is off road parking to the side for two cars. The views are of the surrounding countryside and the Jolly Farmers is a couple of minutes walk while the post office is about 4/5 minutes away. Bedding is supplied but towels are not. This is a NO Smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.

Once forming part of the historic Gunton Hall Estate, the grounds of Nursery Farm include eight acres of woodland that visitors are free to explore. Each cottage has its own terraced garden area, perfect for relaxing on a warm summer evening. This delightful corner of rural Norfolk is only five miles from the traditional seaside town of Cromer, famous for its delicious crabs and the end of the pier shows. Also within easy reach are the Norfolk Broads, the fascinating network of waterways where day boats are available for hire.

The five cottages have been converted from farm buildings standing in the grounds of the owners' Grade II listed farmhouse. All are centrally heated, and have been decorated and equipped to a high standard, including include beamed and vaulted ceilings with wooden floors and rugs in the living areas. The two smaller cottages, Pinewood and Thorpegate, have one bedroom to accommodate two people, while Briarwood, Felgate and Tanglewood cottages have two bedrooms plus sofabed in the lounge to accommodate 4 to 6 people.

Relax in the tranquillity of Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. This former foundry is ideal for a quiet break or family holiday. Wander freely around the 10 acres of grounds shared by the chickens, pet the horses in their paddocks. There are more attractions and National Trust properties than you will be able to visit: Banham Zoo ½ mile, Bressingham Steam Museum 6 miles, Snetterton racing 4 miles, within 1Hr of beaches, Norfolk broads. Situated in the centre of Brancaster, about 1 mile from the beach, sailing and golf club, this very well equipped and furnished traditional flint cottage has three bedrooms to sleep up to six. Downstairs comprises fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine etc, dining room, separate sitting room and shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms (1 dbl, 2 twins) and the family bathroom. There is a small enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Children welcome, pets by arrangement.

Situated in the picturesque village of Blakeney, on the North Norfolk Coast, this charming cottage has been beautifully furnished and well equipped, to provide quite exceptional accommodation for up to six people. There is a wealth of activities close at hand, including Blakeney National Nature Reserve, Sheringham Park, and for children, excursions to see the seals and birds in their natural environment at Blakeney Point, The Muckleburgh Collection, Glandford Shell Museum as well as The Norfolk Shire Horse Centre at West Runton.

Downstairs, the cottage has an open plan living area with stripped pine floor, comprising lounge with comfortable sofas, B&O Hi-Fi system and woodburning stove in Inglenook fireplace, dining area, an excellently equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer. Also a toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (all with original stripped pine floors) and the bathroom; the Master bedroom has wrought-iron double bed, the second and third attic bedroom are twins. The attic room or look out has fabulous views of Blakeney Marsh and Point. White bedlinens and fluffy towels are provided.

Visitors consistently speak highly of Weaver’s Cottage. Truly a gem it’s a far cry from the 'bland show house' cottages you could go for. Whether you looking for a romantic hideaway, a bolthole from the city, if you’re a fanatical foodies, a wildlife enthusiast or a family looking for activities and fun this is the place for you.

Conveniently situated in Docking village there are pubs, a great fish and chip shop and a very good village store. Best of all is the easy access to the beautiful coast five miles away and the attraction of the inland villages. Burnham Market, six miles away, boasts quirky shops, delis, fish mongers and good restaurants. Beyond is the charming old fashioned seaside resort of Hunstanton with fantastic beaches, watersports, fun fair and supermarkets.

Even though there are so many things to do visitors say they find it hard to leave the cottage feeling relaxed with its comfy, individual vibe. There are two large stylish doubles and a single with bunkbeds. A large well equipped kitchen has a huge stove and all 'mod cons'. There’s a bathroom and separate loo. The 32 foot long living and dining area is vast with dining table, a huge sofa, armchairs and a beautiful working fireplace as its centrepiece. There’s TV, DVD, video and CD player and loads of books, games and puzzles. There are three separate outside spaces to enjoy as well.

Heron and Kingfisher cottages are in a pleasant position close to the River Ant on The Norfolk Broads. The village Staithe is nearby and is the perfect place to stroll and watch the boats and wildlife.

Both cottages were newly built in 2003 and are redecorated and fitted to a good standard. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with French doors off the main bedroom to a private south facing patio. The comfortable living area on the first floor has a balcony with patio furniture and views over the countryside.

Sutton is well placed for visiting and touring the area. The coast is only 5 miles away and picturesque villages and historic market towns are all within easy distance. There is a quaint country pub near to the river which serves the best and most reasonably priced meals in the area. They have regular weekly specials nights when steaks, roasts and curries are only £4.50. We have eaten there many times and can recommend it. One small/medium well behaved dog is welcome at Heron at a modest charge.

This charming single storey three bedroom period flint and brick cottage is set in a secluded position, in the centre of the Norfolk coastal village of Brancaster, within walking distance of the beach and golf course. The area is very popular for birdwatching, walking, sailing and other watersports.

The cottage is over 150 years old, but has recently been refurbished throughout to a high standard by its interior designer owner. The accommodation comprises dining area with stone floor, leading through to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The comfortable and stylish living room has a gas-fired burner / stove, sofa and armchairs, tv and video. There are three bedrooms (one double, one twin, one with twin bunks), a family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wc and marble-topped basin and a separate wc. Outside, there is a south-facing garden and patio area enclosed by a high wall and thus very safe for children - as well as being ideal for sitting out and barbecuing!!
