The Old Joinery is one of two newly built cottages sharing a secluded site once occupied by a carpenter's workshop and store, just a 3 minute walk from the High Street of the unspoilt village of Cley-Next-The-Sea, on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Cley is a delightful village with two pubs (both serving real ale and excellent food!), a noted delicatessen, a pottery and a traditional smokehouse selling smoked fishes and pates.

Great attention to detail has been paid to both the building of the cottage, as well as to its decor and furnishings. Externally, it is built from a combination of flint, brick and shiplap, under a traditional pantile roof, with a south-facing garden and paved terrace with shrubs and lawn. It has a 'cart-shed' garage, together with parking for a second car.

The Old Joinery is all on one level, with a fully fitted kitchen, beautifully tiled bathroom, and spacious sitting room with rugs over a wooden floor, TV and DVD player, and Multiyork sofas around the traditional fireplace, for which logs are provided. Large French windows open directly onto the south-facing patio and garden. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV and ensuite shower room with washbasin and wc; again with French windows opening onto the garden. The second bedroom has twin beds, with wardrobe and dressing table. Please note, this cottage is non-smoking, and sorry no pets. Friday changeover.

Rose Cottage is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage located in the heart of the sleepy Conservation village of Great Snoring, just 6 miles from the North Norfolk Coast and about 10 miles from the popular villages of Burnham Market, Blakeney and Cley.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms (one double and one twin) - both with beams and sloping ceilings, while downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bright and spacious sitting room, bathroom and utility room. There is a large enclosed back garden with furniture and an open ended garage for parking.

This comfortably furnished 17th Century Grade II listed cottage is situated in the village of Denver, near Downham Market, in North Norfolk. Denver has a restored working windmill with café, bakery and craft shops, and there is local fishing (in season), a golf club, sailing on the River Ouse and plenty of walks from the door. In the village (200yds) there is a Post Office/Stores and The Bell pub is friendly, allows dogs and serves food Tuesday to Sunday. Downham Market, a mile away, offers shops, cafés restaurants and pubs. 30 miles away is the North Norfolk Coast with beaches, nature and RSPB reserves. Hunstanton offers traditional seaside attractions, Blue Flag beaches, Sealife Centre, watersports and boat trips to visit the basking seal colony. There is also the Queen’s Sandringham Estate and Norfolk Lavender to visit. A few miles to the south is the Cathedral town of Ely with its many historical sites, markets and riverside walk.

The centrally heated cottage stands in its own large enclosed garden, with sitting out area & furniture (please note - this includes 2 unfenced ponds 10 yds away so young children must be supervised). On the ground floor is the lounge with exposed beams, Inglenook fireplace, TV, Radio/cassette and the kitchen/diner, with electric cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings — 1 double, 1 twin - together with bathroom with bath, shower attachment, toilet & basin. Highfield House is a detached house at the back of a quiet yard, set off the main street through the beautiful village of Great Snoring. It has views overlooking the medieval church of the village and the Tudor manor house. There is a secluded garden, entirely safe for children or dogs, at the back of the house, and a gravel yard at the front.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large cot which takes a young child (up to 3 years old); one with two single beds; and one with a single bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine) bathroom, downstairs toilet and large living room with open fire and TV / video. Children and pets welcome, but sorry, no smokers.

Dunlin Cottage is situated just 200 yards from the North Norfolk Coastal Path in the beautiful village of Blakeney on the North Norfolk Coast, in an area of outstanding beauty. The village has excellant local amenties including shops, restaurants, public houses and hotels. Regular boat trips leave the quay to see the seals off Blakeney point and the marshes are a haven for wildlife. Other excursions include Cley Bird Reserve 1 mile away, fabulous beaches at Wells-Next-The-Sea and Holkham, National Trust Properties Felbrige Hall & Holkham Hall - as well as the Georgian Town of Holt, with its superb delicatessen and shops.

Dunlin Cottage is a spacious two bedroom flint cottage built in the early 1800s. It comfortably sleeps three, but there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge which offers further sleeping for two. The cottage is furnished to a high standard throughout, and has a spacious lounge with a delightful open fire, dining table / chairs, and a TV / DVD. The fitted kitchen is well equipped, and includes electric double oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and radio/CD. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - a double with brass bedstead and traditional hand made furniture, and a single with painted bedstead and painted furniture to match. The bathroom has a white suite consisting of bath with independent shower over, WC, fitted wash hand basin with cupboards under and heated towel rail. Outside is a delightful private rear garden including small patio area, established shrub borders including fruiting fig tree. There are also garden furniture and a BBQ available for the warmer months. There is parking in the loke although not allocated; there is also free parking at The Village Hall a few minutes walk away.

Situated on an arable farm on the outskirts of Burnham Market on the North Norfolk coast, this cottage is within easy distance of some beautiful beaches, sailing, golf and bird watching areas. Brancaster Harbour, Holkham and Brancaster beach as well as Titchwell bird reserve are all a short drive from the cottage. Burnham Market is a popular shopping town with a great variety of shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants.

The cottage has recently been totally redecorated to a high standard and refurbished to encompass "comfort with practicality". It is very well equipped with all mod cons - dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler dryer, fridge/freezer, TV, video and Hi-Fi. The cottage comprises of three bedrooms - the Master double bedroom with en-suite shower and wc, one further double and one single bedroom. There is an entrance lobby, fitted kitchen/dining area, sitting room with leather sofas and an electric style wood burner fire, and a downstairs bathroom and wc. Jesters Barn is a converted flint built coach house behind the owners house in the pretty village of South Creake, just 3 miles from Burnham Market with its interesting shops, and approximately 5 miles from the North Norfolk Coast.

The cottage has three bedrooms - one double (accessed by spiral staircase), one twin and one single bedroom, to accommodate up to five people plus a cot. It has an open plan kitchen and sitting room with open fire (initial supply of logs), and well equipped kitchen area with Aga stove, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine; heating is via Aga and night storage heaters. Outside is an enclosed garden with furniture, leading to a larger garden with pond and stream. Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels. Brancaster is on the popular North Norfolk Coast and was originally a Roman Fortress built about 300AD as part of the coastal defences. The village is now a quiet little resort with a handsome church, a modern, well-stocked general store about a 2 minute walk along a pretty very narrow lane, and a village pub where children are welcome, and which offers good food. There are numerous high quality restaurants on your doorstep. There is a sailing school at Brancaster Staithe and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Course is at Brancaster. Burnham Market is about 3 miles away and has around 40 attractive shops.

Situated just a pleasant short walk from the beach, the cottage is at the end of a narrow lane with open farmland to the South and West. The lane is part of the North Norfolk Coastal path and all that you are liking to see passing the door are walkers, dogs and the occasional tractor. The house and garden are ideal for guests with children or dogs as the rear of the cottage is enclosed. There is a lovely light sitting room with open fire, dining area, kitchen, bathroom with bath and powerful shower, two double and one single bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Behind and to the side of the cottage is a lovely sheltered patio and private garden. The garden faces South and the patio West so provides a lovely afternoon and evening (in the Summer) sun trap. There is a garage and ample parking space for several cars. The house has central heating throughout. Please note that we accept either Monday or Friday changeovers, and Short Breaks are welcome.
