It‘s a relaxed, uncommercialised, place which is ideal for a peaceful beach holiday, or get away-from-it-all break. Without a doubt Mundesley’s major attraction is its superb sandy beach. For several years now the beach has won Blue Flag recognition for its excellent water quality standards. It’s also a very safe beach, with lifeguards during the summer, making it ideal spot for toddlers & children to play in the fine sand.

The Royal Cottages are a row of four brick & flint terraced cottages built in the 1850s, and situated alongside Mundesley Beck - only a short walk to the sandy beach & few minutes walk to Mundesley’s shops & amenities. Newly refurbished to a very high standard, the cottage retains many of its original features and can comfortably accommodate up to four people plus a cot. The whole cottage is double glazed & is centrally heated via a gas boiler.

With a hint of ‘green’ you can relax and enjoy the crisp organic cotton bed linen and the sumptuous organic cotton towels and bathrobes. For those of you who need to catch up on the sport or check email, Sky TV and Broadband Internet access are included.

The Old Joinery is one of two luxury cottages sharing a secluded site once occupied by a carpenter's workshop and store, just a 3 minute walk from the High Street of the unspoilt village of Cley-Next-The-Sea, on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Cley is a delightful village with two pubs (both serving real ale and excellent food!), a noted delicatessen, a pottery and a traditional smokehouse selling smoked fishes and pates.

Great attention to detail has been paid to both the building of the cottage, as well as to its decor and furnishings. Externally, it is built from a combination of flint, brick and shiplap, under a traditional pantile roof, with a south-facing garden and paved terrace with shrubs and lawn. It has a 'cart-shed' garage, together with parking for a second car.

The Old Joinery is all on one level, with a fully fitted kitchen, beautifully tiled bathroom, and spacious sitting room with rugs over a wooden floor, TV and DVD player, radio/CD player and Multiyork sofas around the traditional fireplace, for which logs are provided. Large French windows open directly onto the south-facing patio and garden. Rose Cottage is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage located in the heart of the sleepy Conservation village of Great Snoring, just 6 miles from the North Norfolk Coast and about 10 miles from the popular villages of Burnham Market, Blakeney and Cley.

Highfield House is a detached house at the back of a quiet yard, set off the main street through the beautiful village of Great Snoring. It has views overlooking the medieval church of the village and the Tudor manor house. There is a secluded garden, entirely safe for children or dogs, at the back of the house, and a gravel yard at the front.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large cot which takes a young child (up to 3 years old); one with two single beds; and one with a single bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine) bathroom, downstairs toilet and large living room with open fire and TV / video. Situated on an arable farm on the outskirts of Burnham Market on the North Norfolk coast, this cottage is within easy distance of some renowned beautiful beaches, sailing, golf and bird watching areas. Brancaster Harbour, Holkham and Brancaster beach as well as Titchwell bird reserve are all a short drive from the cottage. Burnham Market is a very popular shopping town with a great variety of shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants.

The cottage has recently been redecorated to a high standard and refurbished to encompass "comfort with practicality". Brancaster is on the popular North Norfolk Coast and was originally a Roman Fortress built about 300AD as part of the coastal defences. The village is now a quiet little resort with a handsome church, a modern, well-stocked general store about a 2 minute walk along a pretty very narrow lane, and a village pub where children are welcome, and which offers good food. There are numerous high quality restaurants on your doorstep. There is a sailing school at Brancaster Staithe and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Course is at Brancaster. Burnham Market is about 3 miles away and has around 40 attractive shops.

Situated just a pleasant short walk from the beach, the cottage is at the end of a narrow lane with open farmland to the South and West. The lane is part of the North Norfolk Coastal path and all that you are liking to see passing the door are walkers, dogs and the occasional tractor. The house and garden are ideal for guests with children or dogs as the rear of the cottage is enclosed. There is a lovely light sitting room with open fire, dining area, kitchen, bathroom with bath and powerful shower, two double and one single bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Behind and to the side of the cottage is a lovely sheltered patio and private garden. The garden faces South and the patio West so provides a lovely afternoon and evening (in the Summer) sun trap. There is a garage and ample parking space for several cars. Westbury is a Victorian railway workers cottage located in the North Norfolk countryside about 4 miles North East of Kings Lynn. It is reached via a track, yet despite its rural aspect it is situated in the heart of the village of Roydon close the the Sandringham estate and only a 20 minute drive from the coast. It is ideally situated for seclusion away from the stresses and pressures of town or city life. The cottage is situated close to the village centre yet it is set in a tranquil location with fields to the front and woodland to the rear. Guests visiting the cottage have full access to the gardens, deck area and parking spaces.
