Ramsgate Apartment is one of four at All Seasons, the award winning self catering company who won silver for best self catering holiday of the year 2005 - 2006 in the East Midlands. This apartment is suitable for 1 or 2 people any time of year and is delightfully cool in summer. Its living flame gas fire in the lounge is almost impossible to distinguish from the real thing (except there's no mess) and is so romantic to sit around during a winters evening. The kitchen has quality modern appliances and is right up to date with dishwasher and breakfast bar and a host of other extras. The lounge likewise has DVD player and widescreen TV, while the bathroom has an invigorating drench shower. The lounge also has an elegant polished walnut dining table with four Victorian antique chairs, writing bureau and a comfy sofa and armchair. This apartment has the benefit of WiFi in every room at no extra charge.

Outside is a beautiful sun terrace and patio with delightful French cafe styled furniture which is perfect for enjoying the sunshine even in the winter. The parking is very convenient and you can park your car next to the apartment in our private car park complete with remote controlled keyed entry access. Whilst all linen is provided there is also a laundry onsite which guests are free to use and a very useful drying room and changing area for walkers and cyclists. Guests are welcomed by the owners and receive a welcome pack of Lincolnshire produce featuring some nice goodies including Lincolnshire Ale.

The elegant bedroom fireplace, burnished antique furniture, the massive marbled lounge fire, panelled walls and heavy gilt mirror reflecting the bright sparkling lamps of the chandelier feel a hundred years away from the stresses and strains of modern day life. Westgate Apartment is All Seasons flagship apartment and represents the very finest with a 5 star rating. For anyone with walking difficulties it is an excellent choice, as the space provided is exceptional.

This superb apartment is situated within a huge pair of Georgian terraces in the heart of this delightful market town and just minutes from several restaurants and the 17th century Whyte Swan Inn. At the top of the road is St James church with it's spire towering over the town and visible for miles around - Englands tallest parish church spire.

This splendid second floor apartment can sleep up to 3 people (with optional guest bed) and has bags of character with sloping ceilings in the bathroom and kitchen. Its classically proportioned stairs and banisters are a feature throughout the whole apartment and out of season has stunning views of the quintessentially English Louth mansion house. Upon entering the apartment the moment you step through the door you feel like a friend who’s been invited into a welcoming family home. The lounge is delightful and comforting and is the perfect place to share a brandy or a glass of wine with a friend. The bedroom is beautiful with a double bed and original Georgian fireplace dating from 1800. A folding guestbed is available as an option in this apartment.
