	Situated in a quiet rural hamlet within beautiful Northern Brittany, the gite is only minutes away from the two towns of Plouguenast and Ploeuc sur Lie, each with a variety of shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the medieval town of Moncontour.  The ferry ports of St Malo (1 hr), Roscoff (90 mins) and Caen are within easy reach, as is the airport 40 minutes away at Dinard, served by Ryanair.

The Gite	The gite has been tastefully refurbished, and has three bedrooms to sleep up to six people plus a cot.   The ground floor consists of a large open-plan living room, fitted kitchen area, dining space and separate comfortable sitting area with satellite television.   On the first floor there are two bedrooms (1 dbl, 1 twin) and a bathroom with bath, shower, basin and wc.   On the second floor there is a large twin bedroom and a second washroom comprising of a basin and wc.   Outside, there is a 10m x 5m outdoor swimming pool and a private sitting area with patio table and chairs and a barbeque.   We also have a games barn which has a table tennis table, dart board, baby football table and a full size snooker table.       We welcome children and babies in the gite and can supply a cot and high chair free of charge, when requested - we can also offer an occasional baby sitting service.   If you are a smaller group, our other gite is adjacent, which sleeps 4 people, or you can obviously rent both together to accommodate up to 10 people.
The Area	There is plenty of countryside to enjoy within this beautiful area of Northern Brittany, and we are only minutes away from the two towns of Plouguenast and Ploeuc sur Lie, each with a variety of shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the medieval town of Moncontour.   There is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area, including horse riding, kayak/canoeing, tennis or fishing, which can all be enjoyed within a five mile radius of Cornean.  The scenic lake at Bosmeliac is about ten miles away, while only slightly further, near the historic town of Mur-de-Bretagne, is Lake Guerledan with a full range of water sports.  The town of Loudeac is a 15 minute drive away and has a superb indoor swimming pool (with flume), concert hall and exhibition centre.   Within half and hour there is the coastal town of St. Brieuc which has both a traditional town centre and a large retail shopping complex, including Carrefour.  Several golf courses can also be reached within 30-40 minutes.
Prices	All prices are per week in GB Pounds.       Low Season from £265         High Season to £595         A bed linen service is also provided for a small charge.  We also welcome pets in this gite.
