The accommodation comprises:-

Ground Floor:

• Lounge. Three piece suite and studio couch. Telephone. Colour television. French windows lead to a patio with garden furniture. Stairs lead off from lounge.
• Kitchen. Fitted units, gas cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, large table and chairs. Log burner (logs supplied without charge).
• Bedroom. Double bedroom with blankets.
• Bathroom. Toilet, hand basin and shower. Shaver point. Wall fan heater.

First Floor:

• Bedroom 1. Twin bedroom with duvets.
• Bedroom 2. Twin bedroom with duvets.
• Bedroom 3. Double bedroom with duvet.
• Bathroom. Toilet, hand basin and bath with shower. Airing cupboard and immersion heater. Shaver point. Wall fan heater.

Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with a barbecue.  Ample parking.  

St Quidy is in the Morbihan region of Southern Brittany, some 5 miles south of the N24 dual carriageway from Rennes to Lorient.  It is approximately 12 miles from the sea at Auray, and 15 miles from the largest town in the region, Vannes, an interesting medieval city, one of the ports from which boat trips can be taken to explore the Gulf and the islands within it.

There are many other interesting towns in the region, including Lorient, Josselin and Pontivy, whilst the smaller towns of St. Anne D’Auray with it’s Basilica, and close by Locmine, are well worth visiting.
Leisure facilities in the area include golf (3 courses), horse riding, tennis and swimming, not only on the sandy beaches of Carnac, Larmor and the Quiberon Peninsula, but also at the many local swimming pools.
The area is also ideal for walking and cycling where there are marked footpaths and quiet roads.
